If you have a specific delivery date inmind, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Typically, delivery takes 2 to 6 workingdays from the time the order is received (depending on stock availability andlocation).

For urgent orders, please inquire aboutstock availability and the fastest delivery date via WhatsApp..

Delivery Areas

We provide delivery services to Hong KongIsland, Kowloon, New Territories, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, and Discovery Bay.

For outlying islands (Ma Wan, Tung Chung,Discovery Bay, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Mui Wo, Cheung Sha, Pui O), orders willbe handled by SF Express by default. No additional delivery fees will becharged, and the free shipping threshold remains the same.

For Sai Kung (Clear Water Bay and Sai Kung,excluding Tseung Kwan O/Tiu Keng Leng/Hang Hau/Po Lam/LOHAS Park), orders willbe handled by SF Express or JD Logistics by default.

For Hong Kong Island Central & WesternDistrict, Wan Chai District, and Eastern District, only afternoon delivery bylogistics is available, or arrangements can be made for SF Express or JDLogistics delivery.

For Hong Kong Island Southern District,orders will be handled by SF Express or JD Logistics by default.

Home Delivery Notes

After receiving your order, we will arrange the delivery date based on stock and logistics conditions.
Delivery times are from Monday to Saturday, 18:00-23:00 (depending on the area).
If afternoon delivery is required, please note it in the order remarks or contact us directly.
The delivery date you choose is tentative and may change depending on stock and delivery area.
Each order can only have one delivery address.
No delivery service on Sundays and public holidays.
For walk-up buildings, delivery will be made at the ground floor by default.
For leaving at the door/management office, please note it in the order remarks.
If the delivery address requires stairs or is inaccessible by vehicle, please note it in the remarks. Additional fees may apply based on the weight of the items, and you will be notified when confirming the order.
Delivery times may be adjusted due to route and traffic conditions. In case of heavy rain, severe weather, or traffic congestion, delivery may be delayed. We will notify affected customers and make alternative arrangements. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, delivery services will be postponed for the safety of our delivery staff. We will contact you to confirm a new delivery time or make alternative arrangements.
For home delivery orders under HK$400,an additional HK$70 fee will be charged.
No driver home delivery service is available in the following areas: Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Mui Wo, Lantau Island, Pui O, Tai O, Discovery Bay, Chek Lap Kok, Penny's Bay, Ngong Ping, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, and Peng Chau.
Delivery arrangements may be subject to change based on individual circumstances, and StarPetHK reserves the final decision.

SF Locker Pickup Notes

Locker placement may take 2-7 days, and SF Express will complete the process as soon as possible based on the area.
Pickup notifications have been upgraded to SF App push notifications.
For SF Express, payment must be made before the goods are shipped.
Please pick up your items within 24 hours of receiving the SMS by entering the password at the designated locker.
If customers fail to pick up their items within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt, SF Express will charge HK$10 every 24 hours thereafter as a "Return Fee."
If the locker is full, items may be redirected to a nearby locker (please notify us if this happens so we can assist you).
For SF Express orders under HK$300 after discounts, SF Express will charge the shipping fee upon delivery, and the amount will be determined by SF Express.
Cat litter is not eligible for SF Express delivery.
