How to order

Shopping at StarPetHK~

Step 1 - Search for Products
You can enter keywords such as product names or brands in the "Search" bar, or browse through the "Product Categories" to find the items you need.

Step 2 - Add Products to Cart

· Quick Add to Cart: Click the shopping cart icon at the bottom right corner of the product (as shown in the image below).

· Add to Cart: Click on the product, select the desired quantity, and then click "Add to Cart" (as shown in the image below).

Step 3 - Checkout
Click on the "Shopping Cart" icon at the top right of the screen to view your selected items. You can remove items from the cart at any time. Once you've finalized your selection, click "Proceed to Checkout" (as shown in the image below).

Step 4 - Register/Login
If this is your first time using our website, you will need to "Register as a Member."
After filling in your details, please read our website's privacy policy and click "I agree to the website's terms of service and privacy policy," then click "Join Now."

Step 5 - Confirm Your Order
Please double-check the product models and quantities in your cart. If you notice any errors, you can click "x" to remove the product or use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the quantity. If everything is correct, proceed to fill in the delivery details in the lower section of the same page.

Step 6 - Fill in Delivery Details

Select your "Delivery Method" and "Payment Method."

If you choose "SF Locker" or "Convenience Store Pickup" as your delivery method, you will need to select the "SF Area" and "SF Address" before choosing your payment method. Then, click "Proceed to Checkout."

On the next page, fill in your "Delivery Details." Finally, click "I agree to the website's terms of service and privacy policy" and then "Submit Order" to complete your purchase!
